General Information
Liopetri court apartments are really popular for renting. Most likely because they are well built and well maintained by some of the permanent residents. Who are also very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The communal pool is cleaned regularly by a professional pool maintenance company.
Our fully furnished apartment is well equipped with everything you could think of.
There are 2 double sized bedrooms, both have double floor to ceiling built in wardrobes. All fresh bed linen is also supplied.
The living area is really spacious and bright, with double patio doors which open onto the veranda which is a real sun trapped.

The kitchen area is large with loads of storage cupboards, marble worktop, halogen hob and electric oven.

The dining area has plenty of space around the 6 seater dining suite, with room for double the guests.
The bathroom is a good size with bath and overhead shower, vanity sink and double cupboard storage.
Outside area and communal pool area...
The large communal pool is situated just behind our apartment block.
The pool and sunbathing area Is kept very clean. And there is also an attractive pergola with seating, where residents have BBQs during the summer time. You will more than likely be invited.

Car Parking and Entrance to Apartment Block
Car Parking
We are lucky enough to be the only apartment owners who have 2 designated parking spaces. One is under cover and the other is located at the bottom of the driveway to the left side of the apartment block.
Entrance to the Apartment Block
The entrance door to the apartments has a secure locking system. Only keyholders can gain access.
When you enter, there is a lift directly on the left. Its very handy for lugging baggage or shopping. There is also a marble staircase to the first and second floors. The stairs also give access to the roof.
