I am writing in response to the above company which is being advertised in your directory as:

From this advert i contacted them in Sept 2013 and requested some work to be done on my property. I needed some railings done and Andy Andreou attended and provided a quote for 1500 euro which i accepted. He requested a 300 euro deposit which i gave him and when i asked for a receipt he said he "forgot" his receipt book and would return the next day to bring me it. Needless to say he has never been seen again. Since Sept 2013 i have made hundreds of calls to him to attend and complete the work and all he does is provide excuse after excuse. He states he will attend and i have spent at least 20 days lost in that time staying home waiting for him but he never arrives. I requested my money back before xmas 2013 and he said he would refund it but that never happened. I was anxious not to loose my money and he said he would deliver the rest of the materials and i paid another 860 euro for the metalwork. He has now stated that he refuses to attend to do the job and he is going to the police to report me for harassment. This company needs to be stopped ripping people off. I have since found out he is taking deposits from people all over Cyprus and not providing any service. Also i have found some other previous customers who employed him to do some plumbing work but his work was atrocious and he broke every pipe in the house. Please can i post this on your forum to make innocent people aware of this. He needs to be stopped. I am not a competitor, i will make no financial gain out of this, I just want him to stop ripping people off.
